On our way back from North Carolina, we decided to take a detour through the Blue Ridge Parkway. Here are a few pictures from Price Lake. It was rainy that day, but still a great 2.5 mile hike around the lake.
It was a bit muddy, but the ground was fairly level. It would be even more beautiful right now! You can see the leaves were just beginning to change…
Our time on the Blue Ridge was short-lived – we hit a morning with a ton of heavy fog, so we struggled to get those beautiful vista pictures. Luckily, there’s still a lot of fun to capture moments on the drive.
