My personal goal is to go for 2 days w/o solar (rainy or days under trees). This is a worst-case calculation. We can conserve power, move (and use our truck to charge batteries), use our generator, or even deploy our portable solar. We prefer to have LOTS of options.

Fans 24.01012240we have MaxxAir fans. We measured the following:
Speed 10% (Lowest) = 0.1A (~1W)
Speed 50% = 0.7A (~9W)
Speed 100% (highest) = 2.5A (~33W)

9
Air Conditioner1.012001101105My philosophy is that we'd use the AC for 1 hour close to when we're heading to bed.

Instant Pot (45 minutes)
0.812001101When I'm boondocking, I tend to use my Omnia Oven instead of my instant pot. Now I have a propane stove, yay!

Laptop8.0120110184Instead of running my Victron inverter when I'm using my computer, I will sometimes use a small inverter and keep the main inverter off. I have been using this 500W Pure Sine Inverter for the past year and it's worked well - I just plug it into the 12V outlet.

Dometic 12V Refrigerator
24.03212164This was calculated off our refrigerator - at performance level 3 in an enclosed building between 60-85F throughout the day. Refrigerator has food and was at temp (so not cooling down the unit).
16
Norcold 10 cu ft 12V refrigerator
24.045121*guesstimate* - On Norcold's website, I only see 8.3A load. Since that's likely max, I assumed 7.5A x 50% duty cycle. I've seen other websites that approximate 100Ah as well. Please comment if you have better information!

Victron Inverter12.02012120Turn off your inverter when you're not using 110V power when off-grid. I also have a small 12V inverter when I only need to power my laptop which draws a lot less

Go-Power 3000W Inverter
24.025121Turn off your inverter when you're not using 110V power when off-grid. I also have a small 12V inverter when I only need to power my laptop which draws a lot less

3 MPPTs during the day
12.00.31231MPPTs will use 25mA of current when they are not charging. Not enough to get worked up on, but it's in here.
22
Water HeaterYou would need to include this if you use the electric option. I couldn't find data about the Truma water heater (we don't have one)
23
Fireplace (electric heater)
Low
1.08001101Low would be less than the AC unit, but wouldn't be able to use all night. Better to use your propane furnace.
24
Fireplace (electric heater)
High
1.015001102Would NOT recommend using your fireplace for warmth. This is just too much power. Better to use your propane furnace.
25
E-bike (750w battery)3.0250110166This would assue that I would only need to charge 1 ebike once during a 2-day period. The hours aren't quite right, but this would assume charging from 0 to 100%
